Carrie Wingert, MS, BCBA
Carrie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has been working with individuals with Autism and other disabilities for over 10 years. In 2005, she began her career as a therapist providing services to children with autism at a center based location. She has since worked in a variety of settings including adult residential and vocational centers, schools, and in family homes. She graduated with a bachelor's degree in Psychology with an emphasis in behavior analysis from the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire in 2008 and received her master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University in 2010. Carrie is dedicated to improving the lives of individuals with disabilities through the use of individualized, data-based instruction. She is also passionate about ensuring generalization of skills to all environments an individual may experience.
Carley Fanone, MS, BCBA
Carley is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is a Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services (IDS). Carley started as a Behavior Technician at IDS in January 2012, while she was attending the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduating with a Bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Psychology, Carley started working full-time as an Advanced Behavior Technician. During this time, Carley was also attending Capella University. She received a Master's of Science degree in Psychology with a specialization in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Carley has enjoyed witnessing the positive impact that Integrated Development Services and ABA has had for a variety of families throughout the years. She is excited to continue to help individuals with autism and their families with skill acquisition, generalization, and maintenance through the science of behavior analysis.
Becky Gordon, MS.Ed., BCBA
Becky has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst for over 5 years and is licensed as a Behavior Analyst within the state of Wisconsin. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology in 1995 from the University of Massachusetts- Dartmouth and her Master's degree in Special Education from Simmons College in Boston in 1998. Becky completed her training in Applied Behavior Analysis at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology in 2011. Becky has been working with children and adults with autism and other disabilities for 23 years in a variety of settings including the community, schools, daycares, centers, family homes, residential programs and adult employment sites. Becky is passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals with disabilities and their families, by decreasing challenging behavior and increasing adaptive skills through the use of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Kristin Helmers, MS, BCBA
Kristin is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services. Kristin received her bachelor's degree in Rehabilitation Services and master's degree in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University. Kristin joined the IDS team in 2016 and has experience working with children and young adults with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Kristin's primary areas of interest lie in the development of daily living and functional language skills as well as training for both parents and direct support staff. She believes the most effective way to promote skill generalization and maintenance is through collaboration with the child's family and school team to ensure consistency across different environments.
Kaycee Kienast, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Kaycee is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services. Kaycee received her bachelor's degree in Special Education from Mississippi State University in 2010. She received her Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction with a focus in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2013. She has over 10 years of experience working with individuals ages 2-22 with autism and other disabilities in a variety of settings including summer camps, family homes, daycares, and schools. Kaycee's primary areas of interest are in increasing functional communication, decreasing challenging behaviors, and supporting special education school teams. She is passionate about using the principles of behavior analysis to improve the quality of life of the children she serves.
Lisa Kornacki, MS, BCBA
Lisa is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and is licensed in the State of Wisconsin. Her initial interest in Behavior Analysis began in 2009 when she worked as a line therapist working in home Early Intervention services to children with autism. She obtained her Bachelors of Arts from Cardinal Stritch University in Milwaukee in 2011 and her Masters of Science in Behavior Analysis and Therapy from Southern Illinois University-Carbondale in 2013. Before joining IDS, she was a Center Director in Apopka, Florida, which specialized in providing Early Intervention services to children with autism. In addition, she provided clinical supervision to clients between the ages of 2-13 years of age, direct therapy, and conducted trainings for both clinical staff and her client's families. She also had multiple opportunities to consult on client cases in collaboration with the University of Florida. In 2011, she worked in a residential setting and educational center in Central Florida pioneered specializing in the treatment of severe problem behavior of children and adults with developmental disabilities and unique medical conditions. Her professional interests include verbal behavior, autism and developmental disabilities, social skills training, and organizational behavior management.
Kelly Johnson, M.Ed., BCBA., LBA
Kelly joined the IDS team as a Lead Clinician in July of 2018. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and is licensed within the State of Wisconsin. She began her career in behavior analysis in 2007 while working as a direct service provider for an in-home ABA provider near Oshkosh, Wisconsin. In addition to her experiences in ABA clinic and in-home settings, Kelly has also worked as a special education assistant teacher. At the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, she completed her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with an emphasis in healthcare and a minor in German. Kelly went on to earn a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction: Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2017.
Hannah Macadaeg, M.Ed., BCBA
Hannah is a Lead Clinician at IDS, and is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Licensed Behavior Analyst in the state of Wisconsin. After graduating from University of Wisconsin-Madison with an undergraduate degree in Human Development and Family Studies in 2014, she went on to obtain a Master's of Education in Curriculum and Instruction with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis from Arizona State University in 2017. Prior to joining the IDS team in June 2017, Hannah worked in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis providing services to children and adolescents in clinic, home, school, and community settings. She is passionate about improving the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with autism and related disorders through the use of effective, evidence-based treatment.
Nicole Miller, M.Ed., BCBA, LBA
Nicole is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst and Lead Therapist at Integrated Development Services. She has served children, adolescents, and adults with autism spectrum disorders and developmental disabilities and their families for over a decade. Nicole earned her master's degree in School Psychology with an emphasis in ABA in 2012 from the University of Cincinnati. Prior to joining IDS, Nicole provided home, school, and community based consultation services in the greater Boston area and with military families stationed at Ft. Campbell in Tennessee. Nicole utilizes a highly collaborative model of consultation with an emphasis on social validity and transfer of skills to the natural environment. Her professional interests include functional analysis, verbal behavior, and independent living skills.
Mary Moua, MA, BCBA
Mary is a Lead Clinician at Integrated Development Services, Inc. She is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. Her areas of interests include early assessment and intervention, program development and behavior support plans, vocational programming and transition planning, organizational behavior management, parent and staff training and providing outreach in diverse communities. She has more than 10 years of experience working with individuals with all abilities across a broad age range, settings and environments. Prior to coming to IDS, Mary was an Outreach Specialist and Intervention Coach. She believes that building the strength and abilities of individuals with autism can help foster their self-independence and improve their wellbeing.
Stephanie Niedermair, MA, BCBA
Stephanie is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who has worked in intensive in-home autism programs since 1997. She holds a master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in autism from Ball State University. In Stephanie's many years of experience, she has provided direct therapy, managed treatment teams and developed and implemented treatment plans for children ages 2 to 14 with skills and challenges across the spectrum. Stephanie strives to provide individualized treatment, focusing on a child's strengths to help them reach their fullest potential.
