Kayla Romanowski, MA, BCBA

Kayla graduated from UW-Eau Claire with a Bachelor of Science degree. There she double majored in Communication Sciences and Disorders and Psychology with an emphasis in Behavior Analysis. It was during her undergraduate years where Kayla first started working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorders. She continued her work with children with ASD and has focused on early intervention treatment for the past 7 years. Kayla received her Masters of Arts degree from Ball State University in Applied Behavior Analysis with an emphasis in Autism Spectrum Disorders and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst since 2014. Kayla finds working with children with ASD and their families very rewarding, and she is dedicated to using Behavior Analysis to guide the treatment for her clients.

Victoria Oliverson, MS, BCBA

Victoria is a licensed and Board Certified Behavior Analyst in the state of Wisconsin. She joined the IDS team in 2018. Victoria received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin – Eau Claire with a degree in Psychology with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. She graduated with her Master's of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Cloud State University in May 2018. Her experience includes working with individuals with developmental disabilities in educational, clinical, and home-based settings. She specializes in parent training, early language learning strategies, and decreasing engagement in challenging behaviors.
