Diagnostic Services

IDS provides timely, comprehensive, specialized diagnostic evaluations for Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The evaluation includes the Autism Diagnostic Observation Schedule 2 (ADOS-2), a detailed interview, and other recommended assessment tools, and is conducted by experienced professionals who regularly provide treatment for children and young adults with ASD.

Comprehensive Intensive Treatment (Ages 1-6)

Our Comprehensive Intensive Treatment program provides evidence-based, play-based intensive behavioral intervention for very young children who have not started full-day school. We provide 25-40 hours of treatment each week in the child's home. Treatment focuses on foundational skills in the areas of self-regulation, communication, relationships, learning, and daily living.

Comprehensive Intensive and Non-Intensive Treatment

Our Comprehensive Intensive and Non-Intensive Treatment program provides evidence-based, play- based intensive behavioral intervention for very young children who have not started full-day school. For our Intensive clients, we provide 25-40 hours of treatment each week in the child's home, often combined with sessions in the community and/or play group settings. We also provide 6-20 hours of Non-Intensive treatment for our clients that are attending full or half day school. Treatment focuses on foundational skills in the areas of self-regulation, communication, relationships, learning, and daily living. For our youngest learners, we utilize the Early Start Denver Model in our Comprehensive Intensive Treatment program.

Early Childhood Clinic (Ages 2-6)

Our Early Childhood Clinic provides individualized
early intervention in a classroom-like environment, which allows each child to learn skills and build peer relationships at their own pace. Children receive 1:1 support from a Direct Service Provider throughout every session to increase their successful participation in common school routines.

School Aged Clinic Services (Ages 5-12)

Our School Aged Clinic provides skills-based intervention for children who attend full day school. This environment provides a unique opportunity for clients to learn how to navigate social situations with 1:1 support from a Direct Service Provider. Clients have the opportunity to work individually, in dyads, or in small teams to practice skills in the areas of self-regulation, social communication, peer interactions, relationships and learning.

Focused Skill-Building (Ages 6-20+)

IDS offers skill-building intervention for school-
age children through young adults, with a focus
on self-management, social communication, and peer interaction skills. Skilled clinicians work with clients one-on-one, in dyads, and in small teams, enhancing self-esteem and preparing them for better relationships and increased self-sufficiency as they move toward adulthood.

Teen Clinic Services (Ages 13-18)

Our Teen Clinic provides clients with the opportunity to practice skills with 1:1 support from a Direct Service Provider focusing on the areas of sensory regulation, communication, relationships and understanding of friendship and self advocacy.

Adult Clinic Services (Ages 18+)

Our Adult Clinic provides skills-based intervention for adults who are transitioning from school programs and beyond, with 1:1 support from a Direct Service Provider. IDS prepares adults for advanced social skill requirements in relationships and employment contexts, by focusing on sensory regulation, communication, and relationship skills.
